Reworking the referral ladder

Recently the referral ladder was reworked. For new recruits the main change: you will get 50,000 UEC (10x more than previously). You can now add a referral code and claim your reward up to 24 hours after registration.

For people referring, the reward tree has also been fully reworked. Below are all the new rewards.
